Woods 2 Waves offers luxury glamping near Perranporth. Our retreat is located in Bolingey, a quiet Cornish valley, which is a short stroll along the Saints Trail from three miles of golden beach at Perranporth. Stay in a shepherd's hut or a safari tent, arriving with as much of a plan as you like. The Trans Euro Trail runs past the front gate. The surf is down the road. The nearest pub is 200 metres from the entrance. Adventure and ease, in roughly equal measure.

Two Ways To stay with us

The Nest and The View, our shepherd's huts sleep two, with a double bed, private kitchen and your own shower room. Our safari tent, Chirps, sleeps up to four, with two double beds, a private cooking area and a shared shower block just steps from the tent. Both look out over the valley. Both have access to the fire pit. No WiFi on site, but the mobile signal is strong if you need it.

Wake up to birdsong. Spend your evenings outside. Come back and stay longer next time.

Charging points for mobile phones. The situation is beautiful. Bunny rabbits and deer hopping about. Birds of prey in sky. Tristan is a great host. He'll make sure you have everything you need. We were three friends looking for a weekend holiday in Cornwall and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The tent was spotless, the bed super comfy and Tristan was so kind and welcoming. Fab brewery / pizza spot 10 min walk away and some fab bakeries nearby as well. Would absolutely come back again.

     Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a hidden little gem near Perranporth and Bolingey. The cabins are quaint and comfy. There is plenty of kitchen items and bits on there for two people. The bed was really comfortable and well made if a little high. I am quite short so I had to hop to get on the bed however that's more a me problem than the cabins problem. The pub was lovely owned by a young couple who are hoping to do more live music and stuff. The cider was nice and local which was also ideal. It's about a 15 to 20 min walk to Perranporth. It's a lovely stroll down the canal to the river and then into town. Well signposted as well. During the summer months the town is busy and full of tourists and there is plenty to do. Taxis are inexpensive to get you back to your cabin when you are ready to come back and there is a rank to use as well. So all on all. We had a great time and will be back at some point for a mini break even though we live only 30 mins up the road. Cheers.

The caravan was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Sitting around the fire pit in the evenings was a real highlight and made for a great atmosphere after a day of activities. The surfing experience was excellent, with a friendly and knowledgeable host who made everyone feel welcome and helped us get the most out of our time in the water. Whether you're a beginner or have surfed before, the instruction and local knowledge were first class. We also had the chance to see the shepherd's huts, which were beautifully presented and looked like a lovely option for anyone wanting a cosy countryside escape. The location is perfect for exploring the Cornish coast, with stunning scenery and easy access to the beach. Overall, Woods to Waves is a brilliant place to stay if you're looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and a warm welcome. We would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Shower toilet and cooking facilities👌 outside furniture were we felt immersed in nature. Wild rabbits natural shade from the trees and lush green grass. Tristan our host was more than a host a freind.  Who showed us surfing . Motorcycle trails and pointed us in the right direction for a truely cornish good time and a warm welcome from everyone. 100% recommend.  Good luck with your future plans I will be back 👌👌

We stayed here for 1 day on a bike trip 🏍️💨 And ended up staying another day it was so nice Excellent service 🙌🏼 Fire pit and bbq was 10/10 The lodges were perfect 🤩 Close to the pub 🍻 He even took us out surfing 🏄‍♂️ witch was excellent fun And if u fancy a trip on the enduro bikes he can take u on some exciting green lanes 5 stars I’ll be back again with family 😎🤙👌
