How long does it take to walk into Perranporth?
An easy 15 minutes walk along the Saints trail will take you right into town.
How close is Bolingey fishing lake?
50 meters, the lake is across the road from our entrance.
Is there WiFi on site?
No, but there is excellent mobile phone service connecting to a 5G network
How close is the pub?
There are a variety of bars, restaurants and takeaways in Perranporth itself, with the closest being The Bolingey Inn which is just 200 metres from our entrance.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the presence of wild animals on site, we’re currently unable to allow pets for their safety and yours.
Where can I park my vehicle?
We have a very generously sized car park on site.
Are children allowed?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. The site was once a fruit and veg nursery filled with large glass greenhouses. While we’ve done our best to clear everything, there may still be hidden hazards that make it unsafe for children right now. We’re hoping to make the space more child-friendly in the future.
Do you offer transfers from the nearby airport or train stations?
Yes. We have a 7 seater van that can accommodate for any transfer needs.
Can we pitch our own tent/use our own camper or caravan?
No - Woods 2 Waves is not a self pitch campsite.

I had the pleasure of being the first group of guests staying. What a place. Such a nice vibe and Tristan the owner is a legend. Helped me catch my first wave and it was so nice here we sacked off our onward plans and stayed another night. 5 stars and with his plans to make the more place adventure focused he plans on developing the site more adding in a mini skate park and enduro obstacles for your off road motorbikes 🫶 such a cool place.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The best stay, while riding the great western trail! Both the glamping tent and Shepard’s huts were comfortable and had everything we needed.
